Overview: Minett Sales Academy is in the business of providing sales-based skills training and coaching from Australia. We take the security of your personal information seriously. We will never knowingly sell, trade, distribute, give away or allow unauthorised 3rd parties to access your personal information. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

This policy outlines why and how we collect, store and use your personal information and lets you know how you can access your information that we store. Please read this policy carefully and contact us using the details below if you have questions.

How do we collect private information: Any information you voluntarily disclose to us in any of our surveys, access portals on web pages, social media responses, coaching and training materials or discussions with our customer service agents, may be collected and stored.

What information do we collect and store: We collect and store basic information such as name, email address, phone numbers as well as detailed and possibly sensitive information such as but not limited to, goals, financial plans, career and business strengths and weaknesses.

Why do we collect your personal information: We collect personal information supplied by you, to provide the best of our services to be of greatest value to you. This allows us to target key areas for your coaching, as defined by you. The information we collect comes from surveys before and after any coaching we may provide and access portal questions and comments supplied by you, in order to tailor our coaching and training to best suit your needs and develop our programs to stay relevant.

Consent: By continuing to use our website including, but not limited to, completion of surveys, responding to questionnaires and conversations about coaching services that we offer or psychological and aptitude tests that you complete, you consent to our compilation, storage, use and appropriate disclosure of such information to enable us to provide relevant and real coaching, tailed to your needs. Acceptance of our pop up ‘Cookies and privacy policy” to access our website and your use of our services is considered consent to our privacy policy.

Do we collect information from Children? No. Our services are not marketed to children. It is never our intention to collect information from children. Our coaching and training services are for the benefit of adults generally over 18 working in corporations, businesses or entrepreneurial environments in all countries.

Storage & Security of information: Minett Sales Academy takes your personal information and data security very seriously. We are GDPR compliant. We take all reasonable steps to protect personal information that we obtain from misuse, interference, loss and from unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. We agree all persons have the right to have their data erased or to be forgotten.
Clickfunnels are responsible for the safe storage and security of the personal information that you choose to disclose to us. Clickfunnels are GDPR compliant and you can access their privacy policy here. 

DISC© and other assessments and results are also assessed and stored by a third-party provider based outside of Australia. You can access their privacy policy here. Twilio are our phone and text service provider You can access their Privacy Policy and GDPR compliance statement here.

If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for their policies. All our service providers bear all liability and indemnify Minett Sales Academy in the event of their non-compliance with any international law. Minett Sales Academy has no control over and is not responsible for the information practices of other websites, including those to which we may link to and those which may link to us.

Storage of Financial Information: We use Payments AI as a payment collection service. Payments AI uses state of the art data encryption and protection security. You can access their privacy policy and GDPR compliance statement here. We do not store credit card or bank account details.

Disclosure of information: We will only ever use this information for the primary purpose for which it was obtained. For a secondary purpose that is directly related to the first or where we are compelled to disclose such information by a legal obligation.

Cookies: Our website uses cookies that will collect aggregate web information such as which pages of our website you visit, what operating system and web browser you used, your IP address and standard web log information. We also use google analytics & Google AdSense. This type of information is generally de-identified.

Using your information for Direct Marketing: From time to time, we may use your personal information to contact you to promote and market our products and services that may be of interest to you or the organisation you work for. You can opt-out from being contacted for direct marketing purposes by contacting us at support@minettsalesacademy.com or by using the unsubscribe facility included in each direct marketing communication we send. Once we receive a request to opt out from receiving marketing information, we will stop sending such information within a reasonable amount of time.

Accessing or correcting your personal information: You can request access to all personal information we hold about you. If you would like to access or amend your personal information, please contact us at support@minettsalesacademy.com and we will take all reasonable steps to ensure it is supplied to you within a reasonable amount of time or corrected if required.

Removal of your personal information: When requested that we remove or delete your information or when we no longer need the information for its primary purpose, we will delete such information if we are able to do so. If we cannot delete your information, we will email you and explain why. We will regularly review our database to identify information that it is no longer relevant for its intended primary purpose and delete such information in a timely manner unless we are required by law to hold such information for any period of time, such as a legal, contractual or tax related purpose.

Making a complaint: If you believe your privacy has been breached or you have a complaint about our handling of your personal information, please contact us imediatly at Support@MinettSalesAcademy.com using the details below. We take privacy complaints seriously. If you make a complaint, we aim to respond within 5 business days to acknowledge your complaint. We will investigate your complaint and write to you to explain our decision as soon as practicable. We will try to resolve your complaint within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our decision, you can refer your complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner by phone on 1300 363 992 or online at www.oaic.gov.au

Changes to our Privacy Policy: We may make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be displayed as an updated version and date on our website. We encourage you to periodically review this Privacy Policy if it is applicable to you.
